Trey Gardner Hosting Efforts
Greengeeks is Trey's first action in hosting and definitely successful as you know. But he does not only care about how to protect the envrionment, he also catches up the new technologies fastly and has sensitive scent of potential business. Sitecloud is a good example, while the cloud hosting is still in business theory, Trey and his team already offering this service to their customers and absolutely very successful regardless of their newness.
Trey and greengeeks team has joined lots of web forums to answer questions directly to existing or new clients. Whenever there's complaint to their service they will respond fast and knowing your concerns. They have been improving their service and hosting offers to meet the latest tech support.
Why do you employ jerks like Josh Dargie?
He’s racist and has NO real interest in looking after no U.S based customers.
My clients website was down for several days and he did nothing to restore the site and blamed me and the client.
I uploaded all the files and database which he failed to restore because he wanted to use WHM to avoid manually restoring the site.
He loses you business and blames customers for any problems.
He then tried to blame the web developer and cause problems between the developer and the clients they refer.
I will never refer you business or host with you again.
I will remove all reference to GreenGeeks from my website.
I will also migrate all my clients fro GreenGeeks to a better host for free as they often complain.
This is Not the first time this has happened and is attitude is pathetic. Its never his fault, always the clients or the web developers.
Sorry to hear about your experience with greengeeks. Since we do not communicate with them for a long time, our best experience hosting is arvixe at the moment. I highly recommend you to check out their services. Regards
