How about the weakness? Because of the newness, MDDhosting does not offer that many features like the other popular hosts. Some essential feature like 24×7 live chat and phone support are not available yet. For web hosting start users who highly rely on such communication then mdd might not be the perfect choice. Secondly, just like the saying from introduction, their price $6.38/mo is more than affordable for individual website purpose.

I used Mdd Hosting for some time and initially they were good, but then they lost sight of the fact that I am the customer and started treating me very rudely and unprofessionally, I still have yet to understand why they treated me this way. They have shut down my site and are refusing to let me have my files. Definitely do not use Mdd Hosting, their customer service is horrible. There are much better services out there for the money, do not waste your time or money.
Well,I have to say every webhost has its strong and weak points. I recently read several negative feedbacks for both mdd and stablehost, just hope they can keep their traditional reputation and serve every clients well…

Hi yes, mdd is a good company. Do you meet any problem with them?
This company had an outage for 5 days, a screwup on their part erasing all the servers, and then not being able to restore accounts. I already pre-paid and I kindly asked for a refund of my remaining months. They refused and offered me credits. I ended up losing 2 customers because their sites and emails were down for 5 days. The least they could have done was to help me out and refund the remaining months. I don’t recommend this service at all to anyone!
